If you place your order before 14:00 (GMT) and subject to the items being in stock, we will dispatch your order the same working day with your chosen service.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays.

Delivery times and charges are listed below under each destination. Make sure you are satisfied with the speed and security of the delivery service that you choose before placing your order:

  • Standard: we are pleased to be able to offer free standard delivery on all orders, no matter how small or how far. However, it can take up to 15 working days (3 calendar weeks) for your order to arrive, we cannot provide any tracking information and there is no insurance in case of non-delivery claims. We can provide a proof of postage which will contain the shipping date and time, your destination country and weight of your package.
  • Express with Tracking: this is the fastest delivery service we offer (for certain destinations only) and tracking is available. No signature is required for this service so anybody at your delivery address is deemed to be authorised to sign for delivery.
  • Signature with Tracking: while this is not the fastest delivery service, it certainly is the safest, as it offers tracking and requires the recipient's signature on delivery.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you confirming the dispatch of your order.

All orders are sent in plain un-branded packaging.

Unfortunately now and then delivery can take a little longer than expected and therefore we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date for your order. If you are ordering items for a special event, audition or show, please allow sufficient time to avoid disappointment. Stop & Stare cannot be held responsible for late deliveries and no refunds will be paid for same.

If the package cannot fit through your letter box and no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local post office for delivery at a later date or collection by you within a prescribed number of days (depending on your local post office rules). If collection is not arranged or you refuse the package, Stop & Stare will be held responsible for original shipping costs and so your order refund (if applicable) will be minus the shipping costs (those indicated in the table above or actually incurred by us, whichever is higher).

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country and must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be, so it might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union. The amount of duty (if any) depends on the type of goods and their value, and some items can be imported without paying any duty at all.

BFPO orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered to their final destination. To make sure that your order arrives safely, please ensure you enter delivery address details as follows:

  • Title: enter the rank and service number
  • First name / Last name: enter the full name
  • Address: enter the company, regiment, location and country
  • Country: always select United Kingdom
  • Postcode: enter the BFPO number (e.g., BFPO 123).
