Koi are a legendary fish. Graceful, vibrant and one of the most recognizable fish in the world, Koi are well-loved and respected. An ancient tale tells of a huge school of golden Koi swimming upstream the Yellow River in China. Gaining strength by fighting against the current, the school swam together through the river. When they reached a waterfall at the end of the river, many of the Koi turned back, letting the flow of the river carry them away. The remaining Koi refused to give up. Leaping from the depths of the river, they attempted to reach the top of the waterfall to no avail. After a hundred years of jumping, one Koi finally reached the top of the waterfall. The gods recognized the Koi for its perseverance and determination and turned it into a Golden Dragon - the image of power and strength. Together, they symbolize perseverance, determination, strength, courage and the passionate desire to succeed.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you confirming the dispatch of your order.

All orders are sent in plain un-branded packaging.

Unfortunately now and then delivery can take a little longer than expected and therefore we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date for your order. If you are ordering items for a special event, audition or show, please allow sufficient time to avoid disappointment. Stop & Stare cannot be held responsible for late deliveries and no refunds will be paid for same.

If the package cannot fit through your letter box and no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local post office for delivery at a later date or collection by you within a prescribed number of days (depending on your local post office rules). If collection is not arranged or you refuse the package, Stop & Stare will be held responsible for original shipping costs and so your order refund (if applicable) will be minus the shipping costs (those indicated in the table above or actually incurred by us, whichever is higher).

CUSTOMS, DUTY & TAXES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country and must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be, so it might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union. The amount of duty (if any) depends on the type of goods and their value, and some items can be imported without paying any duty at all.
